Just 20 metres from Warini, it has a better breakfast and better bedding. They lack the great first floor rooms but the value is also good. Here they clean the room everyday but do not offer the Free Tea available all day.

Breakfast from upper room
Great value for this central Ubud Guest House. For less than 15 euro you get free wireless connection and a swimming pool.
It is in a small road on Dewa Sita Street (the one going from Hannoman to the football field and to Monkey Forest).
There is not street noise bu there is the usual chicken singing, so common in Ubud.
Children crying happens from time to time.
We got the last floor room for 180.000 rps and it was brilliant.
The view and privacy are unmatched.
The room’s walls need a fresh painting and a window could not be closed.
The rooms have fan and a/c, open air wetrooms, spacious balcony’s and set in tropical gardens.
We are less than 5 minutes walk from the snorkeling and swimming beach.

Public Boat (Traditional Boat)
The way to Lembongan 90 minutes from Sanur Beach. The vessel(Traditional Boat) is thirty feet long and carries 50 passengers luggage and three crews. Price only USD 7.00/person/one way. The journey in normal condition will take only 1 Hrs. In rain you will be fully protected and we have very comfortably seats. Operate from the shortest possible route being Sanur – Lembongan.
